Classic Jumbo Shells

You will need:
  • 1 package PRINCE Jumbo Shells, uncooked.
  • 1/2 pound bulk Italian sausage or lean ground beef
  • 2/3 cup finely chopped onion
  • 1 clove garlic, chopped
  •  1 (26 oz.) jar pasta sauce (I used Classico)
  • 1 (15 oz.) container ricotta cheese
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 egg
Time to cook!
  1. Preheat oven to 375'F
  2. Cook pasta 10 minutes, meanwhile, in large skillet, brown meat, onion,and garlic; pour off fat.
  3. stir in pasta sauce
  4. in large bowl, mix ricotta, 1 cup mozzarella, Parmesan and egg
  5. stuff pasta with cheese mixture
  6. in 13x9-inch baking dish, pour HALF the sauce mixture; arrange stuffed pasta in sauce.
  7. top with remaining sauce. 
  8. cover; bake 30 minutes covered. 
  9. uncover, sprinkle with remaining mozzarella. Bake 5 minutes.

Easy Chicken & Cheese Enhiladas

You will need:
  • 1 can Campbelle's cream of chicken
  • 1/2 cup sour cream
  • 1 cup Pace Picante Sauce
  • 2 tsp. chili powder
  • 2 cups shredded Monterrey Jack cheese
  • 6 flour tortillas (6")
Time to cook!
  1. Stir soup, sour cream, picante sauce and chili powder in medium bowl
  2. Stir 1 cup soup mixture, chicken and cheese in large bowl
  3. Divide chicken mixture among tortillas. Place semi-side up in 13x9 dish. Bake for 40 minutes.

Simple Apple Pie

You will need:
  • 6 cups apples, peeled and sliced
  • 1/2 cup brown sugar
  • 1/4 cup flour
  • 1 tsp. cinnamon
  • 3tbsp. water
  • 2, 19' unbaked pie sheets
Time to cook! 
  1. Preheat oven to 375'
  2. Pour apples into pie shell
  3. Combine sugar, flour, cinnamon and water
  4. Bake at 375' for one hour.

Easy Chicken Parmesan

You will need:
  • 4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts
  • 1 egg, beaten
  • 3/4 cup Italian seasoned dry bread crumbs
  • 1 jar (26 ounces) marinara sauce
  • 1 cup Parmesan or shredded mozzarella cheese 
Time to cook! 
  1. Preheat oven to 400'
  2. Dip chicken in egg, then bread crumbs, coating well
  3. In a 13x9-inch glass baking dish, arrange chicken
  4. Bake uncovered for 20 minutes
  5. Pour the marinara sauce over chicken, then top with cheese
  6. Bake an additional 10 minutes or until chicken is no longer pink
  7. serve if desired with hot pasta.
